The Rheem Tankless Water Heater 74-DVN can provide enough gallons per minute of hot water to supply 3 showers in simultaneous operation, or a shower and 2 sinks in simultaneous operation. All calculations are based on 120° F setting, 105° F delivery temperature, and simultaneous use of above appliances.
The Rheem 74-DVN provides 7.4 gallons per minute at a 45°F temperature rise; 4.2 gallons per minute at a 77° F temperature rise. (Temperature rise is based on how much the incoming water temperature must be raised to meet the desired output temperature.)

Proper gas pressure must be ensured to supply tankless gas water heaters, up to 118,000 BTU for RTG-42 models and up to 199,900 BTU for RTG-74 and PTG-74PVN models. (Consult your gas supplier)
This tankless water heater runs on Natural Gas. Be sure you can meet installation specifications before purchasing or installing this heater.
